Chichi Tuxedo Martini

60ml Chichi Vodka
10ml Fino Sherry
5ml Americano Vermouth
Dash Peychaud's bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, pack with good quality cubed ice and stir until the glass is well frosted. Strain into a frozen martini glass of your choice and garnish with a fresh lime zest/coin.
