The Chichi

45ml Chichi Vodka
25ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
15ml coconut Cream
10ml coconut water
10ml 1:1 sugar syrup (1 part sugar: 1 part water)
Pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, pack with cubed ice, shake hard until the tin is frosted and fine strain over block in in a rocks glass. Garnish with coconut thread and coir.
